Where do you get your produce from?

Our produces come directly from our farms in Bas-Congo, Mbandaka, & Bumba. Our produces are 100% organic, grown and processed without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), irradiation, or other artificial additives.

Where do you to, what is the processing time?

We deliver to our distributors anywhere across the US (except Hawaii), and Canada. Shipping time is between 1-2 weeks depending on where you live. We ship by road from our warehouse in Queens, NY.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We know that getting your item delivered in good condition and on time is important to you, and that’s why we have several delivery choices. We take great care to offer shipping methods and delivery terms that meet your needs:

Standard Delivery: We ship most items with this method via reliable delivery services like UPS, FedEx or USPS. If express shipping is chosen, an additional Shipping and Handling fee will be quoted at checkout.


Standard Delivery w/ No Pre Scheduled Appointment: Your item is shipped by a freight carrier, however it will be shipped in a similar manner to a Standard Delivery “UPS-like” item, left near your front door and will not require an appointment or a signature.

How do I track my order?

Order tracking is available on orders. If you’d like to track your order, follow these simple steps:

Sign in to your account and select Orders & Returns on the If you’re already signed in, you can also visit Orders & Purchases in your Account.

Select the order number you’d like to track.

Select the Tracking # link to be directed to the tracking website to track your shipment.

If you’d like to know the general shipping timeframe for the item you purchased, refer to the product page of the item you ordered. You can also check the Order Confirmation email you received after you placed your order. That email will contain the estimated delivery time information. Once the item has shipped, your Shipping Confirmation email will also include tracking details.


Fast shipping

We ship produces by air from Kinshasa to our warehouse in Queens, NY every week. You can expect to receive your order within 5-15 days depending on your location. We serve the US (except Hawaii), and Canada. Contact us for accurate shipping rates and delivery time.
